Van runs fine below 2000 RPM but soon as you put a bit of pressure on the accelerator over 2000 revs it cuts out or goes into limp mode. I have had a new fuel rail pressure sensor and a new fuel pressure regulator valve and its still the same, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like the fuel pump is going out not supplying the fuel system with enough pressure. Try to take a pressure reading to see if it is low. I don't know what the pressure should be if you find out please post it.
