Rear Brake Line Issue

I was cleaning my truck today and noticed I had a hose lose from my brake system. I have not noticed any difference in the way my brakes have performed, but I do not want to introduce any more issues if possible. I thought that as well. It goes up into the bed so I did not think it was a brake line.

This is the vent for your differential it is normal to be open.
