It starts and run fine when at operating temp. When cold act like the injector are out of time, removed cps oil on end of cam, cleaned off car started. Let sit until cool off problem returned.

The wiring to the CPS checks Okay, have signal, voltage and ground. As I said the fuel system okay, coils okay. The car has a PCM out of 03 stratus the VIN does not match will that cause this no start?
