how do you replace the canister? I can not see if there is a bolt holding the bracket or if the \re is some other thing holding it on there are two bolts on the canister its self but the nuts are so rusted that they just spin and don't loosen up. what do I do?

Are the nuts, hex nuts? Can you tighten the nut or bolt. If the bolt isn't too thick and rusted, sometimes you can twist it/tighten it till it breaks. Then you just go to the hardware store for another nut and bolt.

You might be able to use a hacksaw or sharp chisel on the nut or bolt? A lot of possibilities. I can't see much from here.

I just looked at database info for removing evap canister. No bolts mentioned, there appears to be release tabs for the canister.
