I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 3.7L engine. I am continuing to getting a P0175 code.
It stalls at traffic lights or stop signs,it doesn't want to climb a hill and has a rough idle and I have gas drops coming out the tail pipe. I have replaced all 4 O2 sensors, all 6 plugs, all 6 coils, the air intake sensor, throttle body sensor, and all 6 fuel injectors. What else could possible cause this problem?

Clean and /or replace the MAF sensor. Brake cleaner works well (is cheap too!) Make sure it is dry before you stick it back in!

Check your vacuum and PCV hoses for kinks, cracks, looseness, or pulled loose

Check fuel lines for cracks, leaks, or kinks

Look for exhaust leaks between the engine and the O2s
