need help with throttle lag on 04 ram 3500 5.9 cummins

i have an 04 dodge 3500 with cummins 5.9 started with throttle hesitation , found that throttle position sensor was bad ,replaced with new dodge part now i have a good tps reading on my mac scan tool but throttle responce still has about a 1 sec lag in responce , have signal to ecm and all power and reference signals seem to be fine any ideas , thanks Bill Pittman

I have no info for you at this stage, but i do have a friend with a similar problem in this workshop, i am i contact with him most days so i will advise if they come up with anything.
