When driving about 50mph according blows cool not cold but cool at idle it blows hot recently put new oil an Freon in system

Do you have gauges to check pressures? It sounds like the orphus tube may be plugging. The only way to be sure is to check high and low side pressures.

We just recently vacumed system put new oil an Freon open up where the tube should of been not one in it so it can't be plugged

I just checked in my manual, and it shows one. I attached the pic I have. This is for an 04 Ram with the 5.7.

Ok well we opened where the tube should of been there is a clip there up by fire wall we removed the clip nothing was in side if you could maybe or get me an idea where it should be located I would look again
