I have a dodge ram 1500 2004, getting a vibration when hitting the brakes, just changed front rotors and pads and had front end checked out. Tie rods and front end looked good, but rear rotors are pitted and rusted, pads on rear.

How many miles ago did you do you replace the brake pads? What kind of brake pads did you put on?Also did you clean and adjust your rear brake shoes when you replaced the front brakes?
