2004 Dodge Neon Would Cause Heater Fan Stop Blowing Defrost Working Rear Does

What would cause the heater fan to stop blowing ?
The heater fan and defrost is not working, but the rear defrost does work.

They are two different circuits. As far as the blower motor, if it works on high only, the resister is bad. If it doesn't work at all, check fuses and then you need to check to see if there is power to the blower motor. If there is, the motor is most likely bad.
