I have an engine code (0340) that says cam position sensor. my scan tool also tells me the cam is at -1.3 degrees what should this value be as I am checking to see if timing belt may be stretched or slipped vehicle is a 2004 neon 2.0 sohc

If you suspect the cam belt, replace it straightaway. As well as inspecting/replacing the cam sensor
