2004 Dodge Neon Crunching Type Noise Coming Passenger Side Rear Wheel Area

I have a "crunching" type noise coming from the passenger side rear wheel area. It occurs under normal operation. It does not increase or decrease with breaking. This morning, there was a "snap" and the noise is worse. Could this be a rear wheel bearing? Thanks!

Have it inspected at a tire and alignment shop. In particular, they will look at the strut and coil spring.
