2004 dodge neon sxt. when driving today down the road doing 40mph the car speedometer started to go up and down and engine light came on and as well the engine temperature gauge was not working at least it seemed that it wasn't . Earlier in the day I was driving and went to lunch and came home with no issues at all that I know of.

Not that I noticed because I went about 30 or so back to the house cuz I was 3 miles away.
With the air and radio off sounded normal at 30mph ..
