2004 Dodge Intrepid Ve Noticed That While M Driving There Squealing Noise

I've noticed that while I'm driving, there is a squealing noise coming from my car (kind of like if I were on the brakes and the brakes are bad). I've had my timing belt replaced, but still hear the squeal. What could this be?

Maybe pads rubbing on rotor lightly apply brake pedal if goes away need to replce pads and turn rotors
