2004 Dodge Intrepid no heat or a/c

The cars heater and a/c does not work, even the rear defrost will not come on. It doesn't matter what setting the air flow is on nothing works. I checked the fuses and they are good, if any more info is needed just let me know.

I assume the fan isn't turning on, correct? If so and the fuse is good, have you checked to see if there is power to the blower motor itself?
