I have a 2004 dodge drango SLT that will not start sometimes, I replaced the starter, had battery checked the relay switch checked and it all seems to be good. When you turn the key it would click and then start but now it will not make any noise and will not start at all now. The check engine light comes on and flashes 10 times then stays on can you help me. Thanks

Sounds like the starter motor may have failed. Check for 12 volts to the small terminal of the starter when in the start position
