Started car ran for 2 seconds and shut off 3 times.

Turn key and now nothing. windows and horn don't work either? Battery is good I have all the lights and chimes and radio. Power locks work too.

It sounds like you blew a fuse or a relay has shut down. Check the PCD (fuse box) and reparable as needed.
