block crack, engine swap

I have a 2004 dodge durango with a 5.7 L V8 in it and the block crack. So in my search for an engine assembly I simply cannot find one in my area the only thing I can find is for a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L. Will those interchange without any electrical replacement or any kind of trouble what so ever.

I am not a Dodge specialist, but usually like engines from same year should do nicely.

Btw junk yard can tell you for sure. They have a part crossover book.
