I have replaced the Blower resistor twice before and now I am getting ready to replace it for the 3rd time. Do I continue to replace Resistors every few months or replace the blower motor?

check to see if harness is burnt from switch to resistor then check blower motor for draw as well as cleaning the ground for the blower as it may be loose or corroded.
