2004 Dodge Dakota Oil pressure

I pulled into lot stopped heard rattle in engine looked had no oil pressure turned off checked oil it was full the oil has been changed regurlly with synthetic blend I started it to move out of middle of lot now the oil pressure is up and sounds fine I have not driven cause I don't want to loose pressure going down the road any ideas ?

the only thing I can think of is that the relief valve in pump may have stuck causing this. maybe a small piece of metal hard telling. Just keep an eye on it maybe have your oil pressure manually checked.
