2004 dodge grand caravan is overheating, losing antifreeze and has no heat

all the antifreeze is pouring out by front passenger tire, it overheats withing 1/2 hour of driving and rarely has heat. I am wondering if it is a heater core or the radiator.

That is where the water pump is located. Check to see if that is where the leak is coming from. There are also hoses there. Let me know what you find.
