2004 Daewoo Matiz Right Indicator Works Fine Until Brake Pedal Depressed

Right indicator works fine until brake pedal is depressed, then flasher speed increases and brake light flashes instead of indicator. Bulbs are ok, no sign of wiring damage. Help appreciated!

That's an indication that that light is not getting a good ground. It may be the socket or somewhere else in the circuit.
