fuel problem

hi, I had a new cluch fitted last week, and since I HAVE NO HORN, AIR BAG FAULTY AND FUEL AS GONE DOWN FROM 47MPG TO 34MPG COULD THIS BE BECOUSE THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED, OR WOULD IT BE SOMTHING ELS, ITS MORE THE FUEL.

We don't have the information for this vehicle-try checking all the wiring connectors underneath if all okay-could be the clutch is not adjusted properly and needs a tune-up/alignment problem
