My car has bben overheating. Been twice to the garage. Thermostat and radiator cap have been replaced. Auto electrician checked car, found only loose battery connection. Now car overheating again. Fan not working at all. What could be the reasons that the fan is not working? Please help!!!!

did he do a leak down test to check the head gasket??? would explain the issue
