2004 Citroen C2 engine auto diagnostic light

I have just had my car remapped/ recoded as I was having the engine light come on but there would be no fault when the diagnostic machine is plugged in.

I have also had the mass air flow filter done and the EGR valve changed.

It occasionally losses power when I try and pull away and even with my foot down would only do 4mph in 1st and not accelerate, also occasionally does not like accelerating in 5th unless over 2500 rpm or 60 mph.
