2004 Chrysler Town Country Heater Defrost Does Throw Hot Air Drained Replaced

my heater and defrost does not throw hot air. i drained and replaced the anti-freeze last year and this seemed to solve the problem then. but the same problrm has come back. what is the likely problem? i might add there is no overheating problem so i think it unlikely that the thermostat is not opening.

ARE THE HEATER HOSES ENTERING THE FIREWALL NICE AND TOASTY WHEN THE VEHICLE IS AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE?

IF THE OTHER VENTS ARE THROWING HOT AIR?

I'D GO WITH A INTERNAL DOOR IN THE HEATER, NOT MOVING POSITIONS----PROBABLY THE ACTUATOR MOTOR IS HAVING A PROBLEM
