2004 Chrysler Town and Country lubrication Of brakes pads & rotors

I installed new rotors and brake pads on my daughters van and don't believe I used enough lubricant.I can't get back to the van as it is a long ways away.My question is as no one is experienced to pull the pads back off to add more lubricant can WD40 or a spray Lubricant be used.
