2004 Chrysler Sebring no start/fuse diagrams

hello, i was wondering what could cause a car to not start. i have a convertible. the only thing that lights up is milage and the oil light. what could cause this? is iot an expensive fix? it dont crank or anything

I'd start by checking the battery voltage. It should be 12.6 volts meaning it's fully charged. If it's closer to 12.2 volts it's good but discharged. A jump-start may get your engine started. If it's near 11 volts, the battery has a shorted cell and must be replaced. When the battery voltage is low many of the car's computers won't turn on or will do weird things.
