The blower motor for the heater and ac on my 2004 chrysler sebring only works on the highest setting. Is it the blower motor? It used to work on he lower setting until this week 87,000 miles on the car

Suspect blower motor resistor.

Power the blower motor direct from the battery if it comes on-replace the resistor as suggested
