2004 Chrysler Sebring clicking noise

When car is cold and I pull away if I turn my wheels too hard I would hear a clicking noise like someone is pressing repeatedly on a clicker, some said water pump. Know it's not my cv joints both been replaced also had bearings replaced so not sure.

I don't think the water pump would make a clicking. Does the noise only happen when you are moving and the steering is turned? Does the car have to be moving and if so, does the noise change with speed?
