2004 Chrysler Sebring car troubles

The car wouldn't start so I put another starter on and she kept ticking so I thought it was battery so I tried boosting and she roll and small bit just barely roll and then ticking so I tried another battery and same thing

Check the battery for condition and load test first then check starter relay for corrosion. Was the other starter good or just another starter then check that as well at auto parts
