cold water leaking behind front passenger tire can't figure out where it is coming from

can you give me a little more info, try opening the hood while its leaking and see if you can get an idea where its leaking at

I can't see anything leaking under the hood. The only thing I see is the water leaking from the frame next to the front passenger tire. There is no evidence of a leak under the hood. Could it be the water pump. I don't know much about cars to know where the water pump is. Thanks
