2004 Chrysler Sebring 2 7l V 6 Engine Engine Start Speedometer Jumps 120mph

(2.7l V-6 engine) At engine start the speedometer jumps up to 120mph and then returns back to 0mph. The engine also makes a small hiccup. What would cause the speedometer to jump?

just power going to the pcm and speed sensor scan for codes and check fuelpressure as well clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner
