While driving down Interstate 285 car Approaching 35-40 miles an hour on the interstate Started driving as if it wanted to change gears on a automatic and I don't know what could possibly be wrong

Automatic transmissions are supposed to change gears. If something abnormal is taking place, you're going to have to describe the symptoms and what is not normal. Add some details too like other speeds you've noticed a problem or other things that affect it.
