Engine shakes when ac is on

light came on , was hesitating at traffic lights while stopped in drive, when driving car does not do this . then last few time i filled up with gas it hesitated, then cut off , had to keep foot on gas when stopped to keep running. shakes when ac is on?

Hello,

You might have a dirty Idle Air Control valve.
A dirty IAC valve can cause the car to have poor idle.
You can first try to clean the IAC, in most cases after cleaning the issue goes away.
