Cooling fan not comeing on. Fan was replaced 4 months ago. Fan also does not come on when A/C is turned on.Is the fan used in my car a two speed fan? What are the components that cycle the fan on? (coolant sensor/relay).What should the voltage be at the plug for the fan? What is the best way to trouble shoot the sensor, relay& fan?

The circuit would have to be troubleshooted from a wiring diagram. It is a 2 speed system so look for something that would effect both speeds like the fans themselves or the main fuse. (fuse #5 40amp)
