I have 04 pt cruiser turbo, with new cartridge installed new oil feed line, connected everything up started the engine and now it is blowing white smoke out tailpipe and and pushing out oil with possible air leak at v band connector, removed turbo housing its okay.

How can I tell if my oil return line needs to be replaced also, removed turbo again found oil in exhaust manifold and on turbine wheel, return line still has oil at top of opening

Make sure it isn't pinched and if it's suspect then replace it anyhow. if it's are turn see if you can put a small cable or a long wire through it. if not just replace it. make sure it's not plugged where it connects. Also, check for a blow head gasket, timing is never our strong suit.
