Im replacing a timing belt. How do i put it back on and make it start.

There's no way you would attempt that without having the service manual. The steps are spelled out over a few pages. I can't get access to them to post for you. You can also use AllData or Mitchell On Demand. They have the same diagrams as are found in the Chrysler manuals. If you need more information, and it's about an engine issue, please list the engine size. It's important.
