rear hatch door not opening

my rear hatch door is not opening and over head lights are not working. i checked BCM 1 Feed fuse is blown. and when i go to replace it, it automatically blows again. need to find out why. please

you have to have a dead short for it to blow that fast. Have you checked the wiring from the fuse panel to the door / lights? Chances are there is a bear spot that is causing the short.
