I have a Chrysler Pacifica and my power seats (driver en passenger) won't work. Went to the dealer and they advised to replace the box... Happens before but within a couple of days it works again.....
How knows the solution for this problem?

When it isn't working, you need to check for power to the motor and work backwards to locate where the power is lost. At that point, you can identify what is going on and what part needs replaced.
