2004 Chrysler Pacifica Just Had New Motor Put Control Defrost Vents Floor

Just had a new motor put in to control the defrost , vents and floor heat, when you press the button for defrost it moves to it but then moves where it wants , getting very little from the defrost and some from the vents and floor more.what could be the cause of this?

did you return to the shop for a follow up to have them re check there work???

it sounds like the mode motor
