heat/cooling system

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and the Blower on the heat/cool system will not shut off. I also cannot control the fan speed. It just runs all the time. I'm not sure if there is a relay stuck or if I have a bad climate control part (if it has One). Working too much overtime and would like a head start on where to look.

Does the fan shut with the ignition or continue to run even after the key is removed?

I have the same problem and it does shut off with the ignition
