2004 Chrysler Pacifica Atc Only Air Blows Main Vents Will Blow Out Defrost

my pacifica has ATC but only air blows from main vents. Will not blow out defrost ducts or floor ducts. Is this a defective ATC or something else. Please provide answers and diagnositc instructions. I appreciate it greatly. Steeve

the mode door motor may not be working. if it is not, replace it. otherwise the control unit may be the fault.

the diag is done with a scan tool. you can command these operations from the scanner
