2004 Chrysler Intrepid Heater Fan Not Working

My heater fan will not blow at any settings. Warm air still comes out of the vent. The faster the car goes, the more air that comes through. I checked the fuse, but it is fine.

see if blower is getting power if not then scan for codes may be control or body module a pro will have to do it.
