shifts down to second gear and stays po700 and po158

My 2004 Chrysler concord lxi shifts down to second gear and stays in till u put it in park and start it again then it goes for a while and gets stuck in second again would dirty battery cables cause the problem

when its cold shifts fine i changed the input output sensors did not help its got the po700 and po158

its in limp mode, have a trans pro check this with a scanner it may have a seal or clutch out of it or something similar. It reset the transmission turn the ignition key on and off five times, this will make it shift again.
