Multiple electrical issues

My power windows, stereo, air condition, power doors, inside lights are not working even when the vehicle is start up

What can this issue be? I checked all my fuses, battery and alternator and they are good.

Good evening,

All these items are controlled by the body control module.

You need a scan tool that can monitor the actions of the module to see if signals are being sent when commanded. You will need an advanced scan tool that will read the body control module.

Are there any codes stored?

I had use my scan tool earlier and it read no codes.

So the Body Control Module maybe causing these issues? And I may need to purchase a new one?

I did not say that. There tests to verify it, but you need the scan tool to verify.

It would be an expensive guess.
