As it states up in the trouble code information, the air pump runs at start up, to lower tailpipe emissions at that time. Has the code been cleared, if so, has it returned?

All I did was undo the battery install it and hook battery back up and fans not on when I start it, could it the relay? And if so where is it, somewhere I read that its behind driver marker light and I dont see it there.

Well I replaced the relay. But the air pump was on for a min then turned off. But I took it to advance auto and they said no codes have came up.

I would continue to roll with it at this point. Try the emissions test as soon as you feel comfortable with it.
