Ignition is giving me fits

I have a 2004 chevy venture that won't turn on all the time, lights, radio will go on but not my van, it won't even make a clicking sound when trying to turn it on, an couple of hours later the van turns on no problems; oh yeah the cluster I believe that's what is called don't work now!Help!

When it fails, try it with trans in neutral insted of park.

I have tried it on neutral, it still won't work
