2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer Sunroof will not close

2004 Trailblazer sunroof will not close all the way. It operates to fully open but only closes to about 2 inches from full closed position. I can coax it along about the last four inches of travel but it will not move any closer than two inches to close.

Hello,

I would check the tracks to make sure there is no obstructions some lubrication like wd40 can help to. I have seen wear the motor that moves the sunroof can become weak turning one way. If so it will need to be replaced.
