speedometer issue

my 2004 Chevy trailblazer periodically looses speedometer and tach. There seems to be no pattern , cycle, or event that causes this to happen - any ideas?

it cold be a baad connection on yoru speed sensor or cruise control.

Hi Ryan,

This is a common issue with the 03-06 Trailblazers and is caused by failing gauge motors inside your instrument cluster.
