2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer Reverse Moves Very Slow Press On Gas Otherwise

when in reverse it moves very slow,have to press on gas ,otherwise all ok.changed the transmission oil and the filter a little better.but not fully well.need help.even if you put the car in N and press the gas,it moves a little bit.RMP is @0.9.

Sounds like a internal failure what color was the fluid?Was there any metal debris etc in the pan when you changed the fluid?
